Job Summary

Focused on enterprise prospecting and net-new pipeline creation, the full-time Business Development Representative will leverage a multi-channel approach to engage C-level executives, generate demand, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own outbound prospecting efforts into large enterprise organizations, generating net-new pipeline through various outreach methods
  • Engage senior decision-makers in discussions about complex Sales Performance Management challenges
  • Research and prioritize high-value target accounts to identify business pains and strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or SaaS sales role with a strong outbound focus
  • Proficient with Salesforce and video conferencing tools like Zoom
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-booking KPIs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize messaging
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn about Sales Performance Management and related fields
