Job Summary

Focused on enterprise prospecting and net-new pipeline creation, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage C-level executives through a multi-channel approach, generating demand and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to uncover opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Own outbound prospecting efforts into large enterprise organizations through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Engage decision-makers in discussions about complex Sales Performance Management challenges and identify high-value target accounts
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and analyze performance metrics to refine outbound tactics
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or SaaS sales role with a strong outbound focus
  • Proficient with Salesforce and video conferencing tools like Zoom
  • Demonstrated success in meeting outbound activity and meeting-booking KPIs
  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn about Sales Performance Management and related fields
