Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Development Representative will engage in prospecting, execute marketing campaigns, and analyze performance data to drive user acquisition and conversions.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and develop targeted prospect lists while executing marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition
  • Leverage understanding of customer personas to generate interest through outbound calls, online chat, and email
  • Meet or exceed KPIs by collecting and analyzing data related to performance and campaign execution
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of prior SaaS Sales experience and a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong phone skills, active listening, and proficiency in writing and presentations
  • High degree of business acumen and technical aptitude with familiarity in Sales CRM tools
  • Demonstrated determination, grit, and resilience in a professional environment
  • Coachable, naturally curious, and highly organized with excellent time management skills
