Job Summary
Enthusiastic and motivated, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and develop valuable sales skills while managing leads and nurturing client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and qualify leads while maintaining an accurate pipeline within CRM systems
- Manage and track active leads within assigned territories, driving progression from marketing qualified to sales qualified opportunities
- Develop an Individual Business Plan in collaboration with management to outline professional goals and expand industry knowledge
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or business development role preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or IT preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and cloud-based collaboration tools
- Experience in Business Intelligence or Statistics preferred
- Proficient in English, with strong speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills
