Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Business Development Representative will qualify customers, manage inbound leads, and conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Qualify customers and pass them to the appropriate Account Executive
- Manage inbound lead validation and triage incoming marketing leads
- Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold calls and appointment setting for Field Account Executives
Required qualifications:
- BA or BS from an accredited university or equivalent business experience in technology sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Persuasive and skilled in negotiation
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organized and self-disciplined with strong time-management skills
