Job Summary

Driving pipeline growth in the Public Sector, the full-time Business Development Representative will focus on new logo acquisition and customer expansion within Higher Education and Academic Medical Centers, utilizing outbound prospecting and account engagement strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting and customer engagement across targeted accounts
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and collaborate with Account Executives on account-based strategies
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting in Salesforce while meeting KPIs for pipeline creation and conversion rates
Required qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environments
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Strong understanding of the US Public Sector
  • Experience engaging mid- to senior-level stakeholders in complex organizations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools
