Job Summary
To drive growth in the ServiceNow services market, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage in lead generation, cold outreach, and relationship building while managing the sales pipeline and maintaining CRM data accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads by engaging prospects through inbound campaigns and cold outreach
- Build trust with potential clients by understanding their challenges and presenting relevant ServiceNow solutions
- Manage the sales pipeline by setting appointments and ensuring smooth transitions to the sales team
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving strong performance
- Experience with CRM tools, such as HubSpot, for data management and sales tracking
- Strong persuasive selling skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Excellent communication skills to engage and maintain conversations across various channels
