Job Summary
To fuel growth in a remote environment, the full-time Business Development Representative will proactively research and engage target accounts, qualify leads, and book discovery meetings with senior technology stakeholders while collaborating closely with Account Directors and Marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively research and engage target accounts through various outbound channels
- Qualify inbound leads and assess fit, urgency, and buying potential
- Book high-quality discovery meetings by uncovering customer pain points and goals
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar pipeline-generation role within SaaS or technology services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity, meeting, and pipeline targets
- Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling and email sequencing
- Experience engaging mid-level to senior leaders in technical organizations
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools for managing pipeline
