Job Summary
To support a growing legal support service, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage in high-volume outbound sales activities, prospecting and onboarding independent attorneys remotely while maintaining relationships to ensure ongoing engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and source attorneys in priority markets through cold-calling, texting, and emailing
- Manage a pipeline of leads, handling objections and closing agreements with attorneys to join the platform
- Onboard new attorneys and maintain engagement to ensure their continued participation in hearings
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in an outbound sales, cold-calling, or quota-carrying role
- Ability to make high-volume outbound calls and handle rejection effectively
- Strong persuasive skills for pitching and closing deals over the phone and in writing
- Organized and self-directed in managing a sales pipeline
- High school diploma or equivalent
