Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of court hearings, the full-time Business Development Representative will secure attorney coverage on tight deadlines through phone, text, and email communications while negotiating fees and maintaining client relationships in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Secure coverage for open court hearings by actively reaching out to attorneys
- Negotiate fees and manage pricing strategies in real-time to protect margins
- Prioritize and triage a fast-moving pipeline of hearings while keeping clients informed
Required qualifications
- 1+ year in a high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role, such as inside sales or account management
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items simultaneously
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
