Job Summary

To drive growth in the legal services market, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage in high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to recruit independent attorneys, manage relationships, and onboard new clients remotely from Indiana.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prospect and source attorneys in priority markets, focusing on high-demand counties
  • Conduct cold calls and emails to pitch the Docketly opportunity, handle objections, and secure commitments
  • Maintain an organized pipeline, logging activities and ensuring accurate records of recruited attorneys
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in an outbound sales, cold-calling, or quota-carrying role
  • Ability to make high-volume outbound calls and persist through rejection
  • Strong persuasive skills for pitching and closing deals over the phone and in writing
  • Organizational skills to manage a personal sales pipeline effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
