Job Summary
To drive sales growth, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage in high-volume outbound calls and emails to recruit independent attorneys onto the platform, manage relationships, and ensure a smooth onboarding process, all while working remotely from Michigan.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospect and source attorneys in high-demand markets through cold-calling and outreach
- Close deals by pitching the Docketly opportunity, handling objections, and onboarding new attorneys
- Maintain an organized pipeline and track activity to meet performance quotas
Required qualifications:
- 1+ year in an outbound sales, cold-calling, or quota-carrying role
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and resilient in the face of rejection
- Strong persuasive skills for pitching and closing deals
- Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage a sales pipeline
- High school diploma or equivalent
