Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of court hearings, the full-time Business Development Representative will secure attorney coverage through high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email, while negotiating fees and keeping clients informed in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Secure coverage on a deadline by managing open court hearings and coordinating attorney commitments
- Negotiate fees in real time, handling counteroffers while protecting profit margins
- Triage competing hearings and manage last-minute changes with a solutions-first mindset
Required qualifications
- 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, such as inside sales or account management
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items simultaneously
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
