Managing a portfolio of court hearings, the full-time Business Development Representative will secure attorney coverage through high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email, while negotiating fees and keeping clients informed in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Secure coverage on a deadline by managing open court hearings and coordinating attorney commitments
  • Negotiate fees in real time, handling counteroffers while protecting profit margins
  • Triage competing hearings and manage last-minute changes with a solutions-first mindset
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, such as inside sales or account management
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items simultaneously
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent
