Job Summary

Driven and ambitious, the full-time Business Development Representative will generate qualified leads through strategic outbound prospecting and build meaningful relationships with potential clients while working onsite in Lehi, UT.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns through various channels to identify and engage qualified prospects
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers to develop personalized outreach strategies
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system
Required qualifications
  • Professional experience in business development, lead generation, or a customer-focused sales role
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota and activity targets
  • Confidence and comfort with high-volume outbound cold calling
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and ability to quickly master new sales technology
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
