Job Summary
To drive revenue growth, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will collaborate with the sales team to identify strategic accounts, manage marketing leads, and establish relationships with potential customers in the hospital pharmacy sector.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target strategic accounts using outbound cadences
- Manage marketing leads to develop customer interest and book qualified meetings with sales executives
- Articulate hospital pharmacy challenges and how the company's solutions can address them
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in sales
- Strong intellectual curiosity and empathy skills
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce and Apollo is advantageous
