Job Summary
Driving strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage with existing global customers to promote the T20 platform, manage outreach campaigns, and handle complex objections while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to low-engagement customers, both internationally and domestically
- Drive migration pipeline creation by securing commitments for platform transitions and ensuring smooth handoffs to the Professional Services team
- Effectively handle objections and re-educate customers on product value to mitigate churn risks
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Inside Sales Representative, or Account Retention Specialist in the SaaS or technology sector
- Demonstrated experience working directly with existing customers, particularly in account management or migration conversations
- Proven ability to handle objections and turn difficult conversations into value-driven interactions
- High proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with modern sales tools like Gong Engage and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Comfort managing outreach across international time zones with flexibility in scheduling
