Job Summary

Driven and ambitious, the full-time Business Development Representative will generate qualified leads through strategic outbound prospecting, build relationships with potential clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company's growth in Lehi, UT.

Key responsibilities:
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social channels to identify and engage qualified prospects
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers to develop personalized outreach strategies and qualify leads through discovery conversations
  • Maintain organized records of prospect interactions in the CRM system and collaborate with Account Executives on messaging and campaign strategies
Required qualifications:
  • Professional experience in business development, lead generation, or a customer-focused sales role
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas and activity targets
  • Confidence with high-volume outbound cold calling and a resilient mindset toward rejection
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and strong organizational skills
