Job Summary

Proactively driving new business growth, the full-time Business Development Representative will identify and qualify opportunities, re-engage lost accounts, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams while working remotely from Phoenix, Coppell, or Charlotte.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted research and engagement
  • Re-engage lost or dissatisfied accounts to reinforce customer loyalty and prevent churn
  • Maintain CRM excellence by tracking prospecting activities and ensuring data integrity in Salesforce
Required qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years of experience in business development or inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and opportunity-generation targets
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage high volumes of outbound activity
  • Resilience and a competitive nature with a positive, growth-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, and experience in data analysis for lead prioritization
