Job Summary

As a full-time remote Business Development Representative, the candidate will manage top-of-funnel pipeline generation by identifying and engaging security leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations through targeted outbound activities, while collaborating closely with Account Executives and the marketing team to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events to generate new pipeline
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and personas to create personalized outreach strategies
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert outbound efforts into scheduled meetings and demos for Account Executives
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in SDR/BDR or outbound sales is preferred, but exceptional early-career candidates will be considered
  • Strong self-motivation and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Ability to craft personalized cold emails and effectively communicate during discovery calls
  • Demonstrated curiosity about the cybersecurity landscape and the ability to understand prospect businesses
  • Organizational skills to manage time and pipeline effectively, balancing volume with quality
