Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Business Development Representative will focus on building a qualified pipeline through proactive outreach and engagement with manufacturing and industrial accounts in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build qualified pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads
- Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and understand business context
- Maintain strong prospect data quality in HubSpot and track performance against KPIs
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong interest in pipeline generation and outbound prospecting
- Comfort working in a phone-first sales development role with high call volumes
- Experience working in a CRM, ideally HubSpot
- Curiosity about the manufacturing industry and eagerness to learn
