Job Summary

Identifying and engaging potential clients, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will build a robust sales pipeline through strategic outreach and lead qualification.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and prospect target accounts to identify key decision-makers
  • Execute high-quality outbound and inbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels
  • Qualify leads and set initial discovery meetings for Account Executives
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years in B2B sales development or a similar client-facing role
  • Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads across multiple channels
  • Experience with CRM software and sales engagement tools
  • Resilience and a proactive approach to achieving goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
