As a full-time remote Business Development Representative, the successful candidate will build and manage a high-impact pipeline of university partnerships, utilizing data-driven research to connect academic leaders with innovative remote internship solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Research and prioritize potential universities, converting insights into a consistent flow of discovery meetings and deals
- Craft personalized outreach to key decision-makers, ensuring a consultative approach that aligns with each institution's strategic goals
- Lead structured discovery calls to identify institutional challenges and document relevant insights for successful deal progression
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven B2B sales development experience, particularly in managing top-of-funnel activities
- 1-2 years of fluency in the Higher Education ecosystem, with the ability to engage confidently with decision-makers
- Experience in selling to higher education institutions, particularly in areas like experiential learning or career services
- Strong analytical skills to leverage enrollment data and institutional priorities for targeted outreach
- Hands-on experience with CRM management, including building automated sequences and maintaining clean data
