Job Summary
Connecting with VP and C-level decision-makers, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will qualify leads, demonstrate the company's value, and support the Account Executive Team in closing deals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute omni-channel outbound campaigns to effectively communicate the company's value proposition
- Generate interest from prospects and qualify leads into active opportunities
- Create and implement innovative gifting campaigns to capture the attention of target audiences
Required qualifications
- Prior experience as a Business Development Representative, preferably in enterprise-level prospecting
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, parallel/power dialers, Amplemarket, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong motivation and determination to succeed through creative outreach
- Curiosity for AI and a willingness to adopt new technologies quickly
- Resilience and a proactive attitude in a startup environment
