Job Summary
To drive sales growth and manage distribution partners, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will focus on developing go-to-market strategies and engaging with key stakeholders in the National Industrial Supply and MRO Accounts sector across the Eastern and Mid-Western regions of the US.
Key responsibilities
- Execute sales growth strategies and manage assigned accounts effectively
- Develop and implement winning go-to-market strategies in alignment with growth objectives
- Train and educate channel partners to enhance organizational competency and capability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred, or 5+ years of relevant account management experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Proven business and sales acumen with the ability to prospect and navigate customer organizations
- Strong computer skills, including analytics and proficiency with Microsoft systems
- Experience in managing strategic channel programs and developing training for sales professionals
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels and drive results
