Job Summary

Managing distribution partners, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will drive sales growth and program management activities for the Power Tools and Lifting business unit, focusing on National Industrial Supply and MRO Accounts across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute sales growth strategies and manage assigned accounts
  • Create and expand opportunities with corporate and channel partners
  • Develop and implement training programs for sales professionals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience in Account Management within an Industrial Manufacturing environment
  • Proven business and sales acumen with the ability to prospect and navigate customer organizations
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft systems
  • Ability to engage at all organizational levels and manage relationships with stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset and a metrics-driven approach
