Job Summary

To drive sales growth and manage distribution partners, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will focus on executing strategies for the Power Tools and Lifting business unit, engaging with national industrial supply accounts across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute sales growth strategies and manage assigned accounts
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in alignment with growth objectives
  • Train and educate channel partners to enhance organizational competency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred, or 5+ years of account management experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Proven business and sales acumen with the ability to prospect and navigate customer organizations
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft systems
  • Ability to establish and maintain solid relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated with a metrics-driven approach to achieving results
