Job Summary

Managing distribution partners remotely, the full-time Business Development Representative will drive sales growth and program management for the Power Tools and Lifting business unit, focusing on National Industrial Supply and MRO accounts across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute sales growth strategies and manage assigned accounts effectively
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies aligned with growth objectives
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred, or 5+ years of Account Management experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment
  • Proven business and sales acumen with the ability to prospect and navigate customer organizations
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft systems
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels
