Job Summary

To drive sales growth and manage distribution partners, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will focus on building organizational competency for the Power Tools and Lifting business unit, engaging with key stakeholders, and executing go-to-market strategies across the Eastern or Mid-Western regions of the US.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute sales growth strategies and manage assigned accounts effectively
  • Develop and implement winning go-to-market strategies aligned with growth objectives
  • Build channel capabilities and conduct training for sales professionals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred, or 5+ years of relevant account management experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Proven business and sales acumen with the ability to prospect and navigate customer organizations
  • Strong computer skills, including analytics and proficiency in Microsoft systems
  • Ability to establish and maintain solid relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated with a metrics-driven approach to achieving results
