Job Summary
To drive sales growth and manage distribution partners, the full-time Business Development Representative will work remotely, focusing on the Power Tools and Lifting business unit while engaging with National Industrial Supply and MRO Accounts across the United States and Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Execute sales growth strategies and manage assigned accounts effectively
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies aligned with growth objectives
- Provide training and support to channel partners while fostering collaboration across various teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred, or 5+ years of account management/customer experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Proven business and sales acumen with the ability to prospect and navigate customer organizations
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft systems
- Self-starter with a metrics-driven approach and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels
