Job Summary

Managing distribution partners remotely, the full-time Business Development Representative will drive sales growth and program management activities for the Power Tools and Lifting business unit, focusing on National Industrial Supply and MRO Accounts across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute sales growth strategies and manage assigned accounts
  • Create and expand opportunities with corporate and channel partners
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies aligned with growth objectives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred, or 5+ years of Account Management experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment
  • Proven business and sales acumen with the ability to prospect accounts
  • Strong computer skills for analytics and proficiency in Microsoft systems
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Metrics-driven approach to managing work and measuring results
