Job Summary

To drive sales growth and manage distribution partners, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will focus on executing strategies for the Power Tools and Lifting business unit, engaging with national industrial supply accounts across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute sales growth strategies and manage assigned accounts
  • Create and expand opportunities with corporate and channel partners
  • Develop and implement training programs for sales professionals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration, or 5+ years of account management experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Proven business and sales acumen with the ability to prospect and navigate customer organizations
  • Strong computer skills, including analytics and proficiency in Microsoft systems
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Metrics-driven approach to managing performance and achieving results
