Job Summary
Focused on emerging markets, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will engage with innovative teams in the decentralized world, qualifying inbound leads and conducting strategic outbound prospecting to drive growth in the Web3 ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Engage inbound PLG leads by identifying specific signals and qualifying opportunities
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to prioritize high-value targets within Web3-native teams and crypto-adjacent companies
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine PLG-driven messaging and strategies tailored to various Web3 verticals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or SaaS with a PLG model
- Familiarity with PLG motions and understanding of usage triggers and multi-team adoption
- Passion for Web3 and knowledge of major ecosystems like Ethereum and Solana
- Proficiency with sales and crypto-native tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Discord
- A curious mindset and eagerness to learn about Web3 product-led sales
