Job Summary
To support a growing online education platform, the remote Business Development Representative will conduct sales consultations with warm leads, helping prospective students identify suitable educational programs while achieving high-ticket enrollments.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales consultations with warm, pre-qualified leads
- Close high-ticket program enrollments through consultative selling
- Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success teams to enhance sales processes
Required qualifications
- Proven success in high-ticket or consultative sales
- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong relationship-building and objection-handling abilities
- Experience with modern sales tools and CRM platforms
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset; a Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required for exceptional candidates
