Job Summary
Managing a territory of over 2,000 accounts, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will focus on high-volume outreach, booking qualified meetings, and engaging with prospects to drive growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve a target of 15 meetings booked per month, ensuring at least 9 are qualified by an Account Executive
- Oversee pre-meeting follow-up and ensure high attendance rates for booked meetings
- Execute extensive outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn, maintaining over 100 dials and touchpoints daily
Required Qualifications
- Sales or outbound prospecting experience is a plus, with a strong desire to learn
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach and maintain a positive attitude despite challenges
- Strong organizational skills to manage personal calendar and daily activities effectively
- Willingness to be coachable and adapt based on feedback and data insights
- Proficiency in using AI tools meaningfully in daily work
