Job Summary

Proactively engaging with potential clients, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will focus on lead generation, cold outreach, and qualifying leads to drive revenue growth for funeral homes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research and social media
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to introduce products and services to prospects
  • Assess the needs of prospects to qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Tenacity to persevere through challenging situations and achieve goals
  • Empathy to connect with potential customers about their business challenges
  • Curiosity to learn about customers' businesses and pain points
  • No prior sales experience needed, although 2 years of post-grad work experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus
