Job Summary

Driving top-of-funnel pipeline generation, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage senior leaders across enterprise accounts to identify and qualify opportunities related to workforce transformation initiatives while collaborating closely with Account Executives.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect into target enterprise accounts using a structured, account-based approach
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through various platforms, including LinkedIn and email
  • Conduct account and stakeholder research to personalize outreach and secure discovery meetings for Account Executives
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales development, recruiting, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong interest in business, workforce strategy, and technology
  • Self-starter mindset with strong organization and activity management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
  • Resilience and comfort operating in a high rejection environment
