Job Summary
Confident in making high-volume outbound calls, the remote Business Development Representative will perform at least 70 cold touches daily to U.S. property managers and real estate professionals, setting demo appointments for the CEO while maintaining CRM records and hitting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 70 outbound cold touches daily via calls, SMS, and emails to U.S. real estate professionals
- Book qualified meetings for the CEO and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with leadership to learn U.S. real estate terminology and workflows while adhering to a structured schedule aligned with U.S. time zones
Required qualifications
- Strong spoken English with a neutral or near-neutral accent
- Experience in BDR/SDR roles, call centers, outbound sales, or real estate appointment-setting
- Ability to work during U.S. hours with full or partial overlap
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated by targets and commissions
- Familiarity with browser-based tech stacks such as Google Drive and LinkedIn is a bonus
