Job Summary
To drive sales growth, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will generate a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social outreach, while scheduling discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high-volume prospecting activities, including 75+ cold calls per day and personalized email campaigns
- Follow a structured sales cadence to maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospects
- Conduct preliminary research on target accounts and qualify prospects before scheduling meetings for Account Executives
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a performance-based role; insurance experience is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-activity environment
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with a desire to learn B2B sales fundamentals
