Job Summary

Supporting the growth of the sales pipeline, the full-time Business Development Representative will conduct outreach to establish new account relationships, qualify prospects, and collaborate with sales teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct sales development activities using various communication platforms to engage potential clients
  • Proactively seek new account relationships and follow up on marketing-qualified leads
  • Develop detailed prospect profiles and contribute to sales meetings and strategy sessions
Required qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A. in Retail and Commercial or a B2B-related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in software sales or client services required
  • 1+ years of experience in the Retail and Commercial Recovery Audit industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with MS Dynamics CRM
  • Previous experience with Retail and Commercial analytics is a significant plus
