Job Summary

To support the growth of our customer base, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage self-storage facility owners through strategic outreach, qualify leads, and collaborate with sales executives to drive effective demos and sales cycles in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with self-storage facility owners via phone, email, and text to understand their business challenges and introduce solutions
  • Make approximately 25 outbound calls daily and conduct multi-channel outreach to generate a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Use Salesforce to track activities, manage the pipeline, and provide detailed discovery notes to support Account Executives
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years in SaaS sales or customer-facing support, preferably in a fast-growing environment
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance work quality or efficiency
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and develop repeatable best practices
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills to streamline processes in a remote environment
