Job Summary

To drive growth through strategic outreach, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will manage end-to-end engagement with prospective members via various channels, focusing on lead generation and collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop a sales pipeline through inbound and outbound lead generation efforts while building relationships with self-employed entrepreneurs
  • Conduct calls to understand prospects' business needs and articulate Collective's value proposition to secure meetings that drive revenue
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on go-to-market strategies and provide insights from daily conversations with prospective members
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales pipeline management with a focus on lead generation and customer experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with A/B testing methodologies
  • Strong skills in G-Suite, Excel, and relevant software technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to be coachable, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills
