Job Summary

Generating leads for the sales team, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and professional communications to engage new customers and support existing campaigns.

Key responsibilities
  • Make a minimum of 250 cold calls per day to prospective clients
  • Utilize Zoom and other technologies for personalized outreach to target companies and decision-makers
  • Document opportunities in Salesforce, maintaining accurate records of interactions and meeting KPIs for booked meetings and qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3+ years of outbound sales or cold calling experience (SDR/BDR preferred)
  • CRM expertise, with Salesforce preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
