Job Summary

Seeking a high-energy, strategic Business Development Representative to join the Professional Sales team in a remote, full-time capacity, where the candidate will drive revenue by booking qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for dental professionals while managing lead qualification and CRM data.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive revenue by booking qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Strategic Account Manager team
  • Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot and provide regular reporting to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Initiate high-volume personalized outreach to dental professionals, conducting initial discovery calls to articulate quip's B2B solutions
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in an outbound sales or BDR role, preferably in MedTech, Dental, or SaaS
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate clinical value to healthcare professionals
  • A "hunter" mentality with resilience to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and modern sales intelligence tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
