Driving outbound growth, the full-time Business Development Representative will build targeted contact lists, execute high-volume personalized email outreach, and maintain an organized pipeline in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and prioritize structured outreach lists in spreadsheets and CRM
  • Research and identify accurate contact information for key decision-makers at target companies
  • Execute volume email outreach campaigns, customizing messaging based on each prospect's specific situation
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales at a tech company or startup
  • Hands-on experience with volume email outreach tools
  • Strong research and list-building skills, comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM
  • Excellent written communication skills for customized outreach
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
