Job Summary
Driving outbound growth, the full-time Business Development Representative will build targeted contact lists, execute high-volume personalized email outreach, and maintain an organized pipeline in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and prioritize structured outreach lists in spreadsheets and CRM
- Research and identify accurate contact information for key decision-makers at target companies
- Execute volume email outreach campaigns, customizing messaging based on each prospect's specific situation
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales at a tech company or startup
- Hands-on experience with volume email outreach tools
- Strong research and list-building skills, comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM
- Excellent written communication skills for customized outreach
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
