Job Summary
To drive business growth, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will proactively engage prospects, qualify leads, and manage client relationships while utilizing Salesforce CRM to enhance customer satisfaction and pipeline development.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to generate leads
- Qualify sales prospects and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate with sales teams on account strategies and outreach campaigns
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree and 2 years of experience in business development or inside sales
- Proven success in business development or tech-related customer engagement
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Familiarity with managed services, IT environments, or technology buying cycles preferred
- Valid driver's license and personal insurance for occasional client visits
