Job Summary

Fluently engaging with prospective clients, the full-time Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities across Latin America by identifying and researching potential clients, executing outbound prospecting, and qualifying leads, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and research prospective clients in fintech, financial services, and digital asset businesses throughout Latin America
  • Execute outbound prospecting through various channels and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools
Required qualifications
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development or B2B sales environments
  • Strong interest in technology, fintech, and digital assets
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a remote global team
  • Experience using CRM platforms is a plus
