Job Summary
Fluently engaging with prospective clients, the full-time Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities across Latin America by identifying and researching potential clients, executing outbound prospecting, and qualifying leads, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients in fintech, financial services, and digital asset businesses throughout Latin America
- Execute outbound prospecting through various channels and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools
Required qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
- 2-4 years of experience in business development or B2B sales environments
- Strong interest in technology, fintech, and digital assets
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a remote global team
- Experience using CRM platforms is a plus
