Job Summary
Seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Representative for a full-time remote opportunity, responsible for managing inbound interest from prospective advisor partners, proactively engaging with registered investment advisors and wealth management firms, and expanding the referral network for innovative estate planning solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, and Practice Group teams to convert inbound referral and partnership leads
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly targets related to pipeline creation, conversion rates, and appointments
- Utilize CRM tools and advanced prospecting methods to generate qualified meetings and maintain a strong partnership pipeline
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in business development, sales development, or partnerships, preferably within legal or financial services
- Solid understanding of Hubspot, LinkedIn, and AdvizorPro
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in both inbound and outbound sales channels
