Job Summary
To support a growing sales organization, the remote Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and help shape sales processes and strategies while based in the Dallas metro area.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers while qualifying and prioritizing inbound leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute account-based sales strategies and conduct research on target accounts
Required qualifications
- Preferably 1+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a growth stage startup or cybersecurity company
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and sales automation tools
- Proven track record of consistent success and leadership
- Ability to self-motivate, prioritize, and manage unstructured time
- Creative problem-solving approach and strong interpersonal skills
