Job Summary
Proactively identifying software and value-added service opportunities, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will research and engage with property managers, establish communications for new business, and work cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success teams to address client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Research and contact prospects and customers using SFDC database and tools like Zoominfo and Salesloft
- Achieve daily call and email metrics to facilitate pipeline growth and closed won deals
- Qualify prospects and book meetings with Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth sales transition
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 6+ months of experience in a Business Development Representative role (3+ months if internal)
- Desire and commitment to a career in sales with a hunter mentality
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Interest in teamwork while maintaining a competitive spirit
