Job Summary
To support the growth of sales in public safety and child advocacy markets, the remote Business Development Representative will engage decision-makers through prospecting, manage CRM data in HubSpot, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and engage decision-makers through various outreach methods, qualifying leads for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and optimize workflows for effective pipeline management
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and provide insights for go-to-market strategies
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Experience with HubSpot or ability to quickly learn CRM systems
- Strong drive and competitive mindset with a desire to exceed targets
- Interest in public safety, govtech, child advocacy, or vertical SaaS industries
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and professional phone conversations
